Business Development Unit



  • 23 - 35 years old
  • Target Oriented
  • Ability to work with design software
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architect or Interior Design
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
  • Able to work outside jakarta if needed

  • Provides design services to presenting the detail of 3D drawing (Interior & Exterior Design)
  • Responsible to delivery goals and achieve the target

  • Bachelor Degree/Higher Education qualification/ in IT, Marketing or related fields.
  • Min 3 years as a Digital Marketing Supervisor in any industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Social Media ads, simple data analysis, etc)
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication.
  • Good command in English both verbal & writing.

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels

People Unit



  • Bachelor's degree in field of expertise.
  • Minimum has two years of working experience in related field
  • Certified Professional in training management is a plus.
  • Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.

  • Designing and administering training programs.
  • Providing expertise in development design.
  • Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
  • Guiding managers and supervisors in developing training skills.
  • Delivering training programs.
  • Conducting staff training.
  • Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback

Creative Unit



  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Design Interior, Architect, or Civil Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experiences in Interior Design (High End Interior project is a plus)
  • Having deep knowledge about layouting, colouring, lighting, custom furniture, installation
  • Able to work under tight deadline and targets



  • Outline client design objective
  • Conceptualise and sketch design plans
  • Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
  • Supervising the work as it is carried out
  • Ensuring that work is completed on time, on budget and on schedule
  • Preparing project’s need and create schedule before project started



  • 25 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum 5 years experience in high end interior design project
  • Has been involved as a team member or leader minimum in one (or more) of these kind of interior design project (office braiding, apartment building, hospitalities (hotel & resort project))
  • Has experience in leading a project equal or larger than 5.000 m2 area or minimum 8 storey high building
  • Skills : AutoCAD, 2D+3D, 3DS Max+Vray, Sketchup, and photoshop
  • Strong conceptual design thinking and mastering in space planning
  • Able to work under tight schedule and deliver all the responsibility within deadlines
  • Deep understanding in high end interior furniture finishes
  • Create an Interior visualisation in 3D max / Sketchup 
  • Assisting Interior Designer in finalise product designs
  • Liaise with design team

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil engineering or architecture
  • Able to operate Autocad, Sketchup, and Ms. Office
  • Having knowledge about basic detail of concrete and steel structures
  • Willing to do site visit to assist the measurements

  • Having minimum 2 years experience in interior construction field



  • Create the correct model in CAD
  • Editing and updating CAD drawings including format, repair and any incorrect/errors that would affect drawing data
  • Create shop drawing, as built drawing, site survey
  • Use knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks including reading blueprints and marking up drawings
  • Create blueprint of : Interior and furniture plans, and mechanical electrical plans



  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Arsitektur, Interior Design or DKV major
  • At least 1 years of experience as content creator.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Must have experience in creating engaging videos.
  • Able to edit video by using mobile applications (such as VLLO, inshot or VN) and adobe premiere.
  • Able to read and predict social media data.
  • Have a positive attitude, customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems is preferred.
  • If needed, willing to work overtime or on holiday.



  • Catch up with latest trending topics & trend
  • Curate and edit images for instagram feed plan.
  • Scheduling topic daily posts based on audience traffic analytic.
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings and brainstorm creative promotion ideas.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Being involved in the end-to-end production processes of Instagram story & IGTV content, from recording to editing and publishing.
  • Create various content types (video, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
  • Report work progress to Marketing Manager.



  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering

  • Having good knowledge in residential design
  • Excellent using Autocad, SAP2000, and Etabs



  • Site visit/survey in each project to be carried out
  • Perform detailed land measurements
  • Descriptive of existing land
  • Determine/recommend sondir points
  • Make structural designs according to architect's plans
  • Prepare structural analysis documents for etabs for planning and permit requirements
  • Create detailed standards for each ongoing project
  • Coordinate drawings DED Structure and Architecture to the 2D team
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the implementation team in the field (PPC) according to the needs of the ongoing project
