General Vendor Policy at Lifetime Design
- Vendors must operate as a business entity or individual and be deemed capable of legally performing the work.
- Criteria for Goods/Services:

- High quality
- Technical Expertise
- Timely delivery according to agreements
- Good communication
- Prompt and accurate services
- Vendors must meet the following:
- Relevant skills, experience, and technical/management capability.
- Sufficient resources (facilities, personnel, production tools, etc.).
- Preferably a legal entity.
- Free from legal sanctions or cases impacting Lifetime Design’s operations.
- Vendors are required to comply with the regulations and requirements in force in Indonesia and in the LD environment related to the procurement of goods/services.
- Vendors are prohibited from offering and giving gifts and gifts in any form and/or manner and not carrying out bribery practices by and/or on behalf of or for the benefit of the Procurement Participant Company to any LD employee/management, either directly or indirectly, in relation to the procurement process or implementation of any contract with LD.
- Vendors can report violations committed by LD employees/management related to any form of fraud (including but not limited to Corruption, Collusion, Nepotism, and Bribery) via email to procurement@lifetimedesign.co.
- LD menetapkan Approved Vendor List (“AVL”) yang akan digunakan dalam pengadaan rutin dan non bidding. Vendor dalam AVL merupakan Vendor yang telah dinyatakan lulus proses Identifikasi, Verifikasi dan Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh LD
- Vendors interested in registering as AVL are required to fulfill all registration requirements required by LD, for further identification and evaluation in accordance with the provisions applicable in LD.
- In an effort to encourage improved Vendor performance, LD has established a Vendor Performance Assessment System to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- LD will evaluate Vendor performance based on the established criteria, including aspects of quality, expertise, responsiveness, service, price and delivery in the provision of goods/services in LD. The results of the Vendor performance evaluation will be the basis for determining rewards and punishments and reviewing the Vendor's existence in AVL.
If the Vendor's performance is below LD standards (unsatisfactory), then LD has the right not to include the Vendor in the next procurement process or to evaluate the Vendor's existence in AVL. - LD has the right to terminate the Vendor's status in AVL if:
- The Vendor acts as a broker or intermediary who does not provide added value.
- The Vendor resigns in writing by sending a letter of resignation from the Vendor list.
- Committing violations of the provisions as stipulated in the LD procurement environment.
- Not actively participating in procurement in LD.
- Performance assessments below LD assessment standards repeatedly or resulting in losses and disruption of LD operational activities.
- There are changes or adjustments to the types of business fields managed in AVL.
- Proven to have committed Fraud, Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism.
- Sanctions for violations committed by Vendors are divided into 2 categories, as follows:
- Red Category (Red List),
Determination of the Red List is based on the following criteria:- Supplying goods or carrying out work that does not meet specifications.
- Refusing to carry out work after being appointed as the winner.
- Transferring the main work to another party without the knowledge of Lifetime Design Group.
- Unable to complete the work and/or meet the payments imposed by the specified deadline.
- Conducting or publishing information or documentation in the form of photos or videos without official permission from LD management.
- LD has the right to issue a warning letter or reprimand letter.
- Black Category (Black List),
Determination of the Black List is based on the following criteria:- Involved in corrupt practices or collusion to set prices among fellow participants or with LD employees.
- Making efforts to provide gratification to LD employees.
- Falsifying/changing documents or manipulating data.
- Supplying counterfeit goods as evidenced by a statement from an authorized agency/factory/agent.
- Unable to fulfill the request for goods/services according to the terms of the agreed contract and having fatal consequences for the operations of Lifetime Design Group.
- Involved in illegal activities stated by the authorities.
- Misuse of documents for purposes unrelated to the procurement process and/or unrelated to the work process, without LD's permission.
- Conducting or publishing information that is incorrect and cannot be proven so that it can harm LD.
- LD prohibits vendors registered on the blacklist status from participating in procurement at LD.
- LD has the right to announce the Blacklist status for related Vendors on the LD e-Procurement website.
- Red Category (Red List),
- LD has the right to adjust, add or reduce the provisions in this website, with or without prior notice.
Lifetime Design Group provides an opportunity for providers of goods/services to become Selected Business Actors within the Lifetime Design Group environment. Providers of goods and services MUST meet the terms and conditions applicable in the Lifetime Design Group environment in order to become selected business actors. Prospective providers of goods/services who will submit a request to become registered partners in the Company to the Lifetime Design Group Supply Chain Management Division, are required to complete and attach the requirements as below.
