Business Development Unit
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education: S1 Architect.
- Experience In the field Architecture minimum 4 years.
- Have knowledge about interior design, building structure and MEP.
- Mastering Autocad, SketchUp 3D, Lumion, 3D Max.
- Creative and able to work together in teams and individually.
- Capable of clear and effective communication with clients and exhibits strong presentation skills, interactive working method
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and using specialist computer-based design (CAD) applications.
- Prepare designs and technical drawings and solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems, develops, checks designs and details, provide routine site visit, participates on-site meeting & email correspondences
- Work closely with a team of other professionals such as contractors, construction managers and quantity surveyors.
- Select the materials that will be used in the construction process.
Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5++ years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube and other social media best practices
- Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop, implement and manage Lifetime Design social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Attend educational conferences
- Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Create attractive and persuasive copy for contents on social media.
- Write SEO-friendly articles.
- Work closely with the marketing and multimedia team in crafting copy that align with our brand voice.
- Ensure all copies maintain brand consistency.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Capable of generating copy in both short and long formats in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Creative and up-to-date with trends.
- Able to use Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
- Having basic knowledge of interior and architectural design is a plus.
Design & Build
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. 1 year experience as Site Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experienced in the construction field
- Able to AutoCad, Ms. Project
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finance Accounting Unit
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Have 5 year(s) of working experience in construction, developer, manufacture or Public Accounting Firm.
- Having good knowledge of related financial accounting principles (PSAK) also tax regulation and often involved in practical experience;
- Familiar with complete accounting cycle, starting from daily operational journal entries, financial closing procedures, financial reporting and analysis;
- Familiar with consolidation;
- Familiar with Accurate. Other accounting software is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate and participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Upload all documents to system
- Research new implementation of standards both PSAK and IFRS and other compliance regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (S1 Accounting), cumlaude will be preference.
- At least 5 years working experience minimum in Supervisor level.
- Strong knowledge in PSAK,ISAK.
- Strong knowledge in Ms. Excel & Formula.
- Have a good analysis and attention to details.
- Good knowledge of cash flow projection and accounting software.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cash Flow : Monitoring company cash flow on a daily basis & Preparing payment list of approved cash flow.
- Account Payable (Monitoring aging of accounts payable on a weekly basis).
- Lead and supervise the finance team in day-to-day financial operations, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, reviewing and approving financial documentation prepared by team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA. 3.00
- Minimum of 2 years experience in A/P, preferably from construction industry
- Advance in Excel
- Good knowledge and skill in Accurate Systems
- Good communication skills, analysis and detail oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
- Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
- Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
- Updating and maintaining Account Payable.
- Handling bank administrative matters.
- Listing taxation and handling the tax invoice.
- Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy of an organisation’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
- Practise effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Interior Construction
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related field.
- Experience in project management or relevant fields.
- Familiar with construction design, decoration materials, and mechanical installation drawings.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Calculate the quantity of project materials based on the required specifications
- Conduct analysis of interior material samples
- Coordinating with vendors in the material procurement process for interior construction projects
- Suggest selected materials based on quality and cost analysis
- Maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure updated materials
- Conduct evaluation of suppliers
- Review products/materials performance
- Accustomed to conducting studies/research on materials and their applications in interior projects
